Um unser Spiel zu verbessern, sind wir derzeit auf der Suche nach einem neuen Kollegen, der uns hilft The West zu entwickeln! Vorerst richten wir deshalb das Stellenangebot an unsere The West-Freunde hier, weil wir jemanden mit wirklich guten Spielkenntnissen suchen, der auch die Spieler kennt und in der Lage ist, ihr Feedback ein zu binden.
InnoGames ist ein Unternehmen, das Online-Multiplayer-Spiele wie Die Stämme (Tribal Wars), The West, Grepolis und Forge of Empires entwickelt und veröffentlicht. Es wurde 2007 von den drei ursprünglichen Schöpfern von Die Stämme (Tribal Wars) gegründet, um hauptberuflich Spiele zu entwickeln. Wir haben den Geschäftssitz in Hamburg, Deutschland.
Tasks
· Self-reliant realization of game features, as well as optimization and further development in PHP
· Planning and realization of database structures
· Performance optimization
· Analysis and correction of errors
· Adjusting the architecture
· Optimization of existing processes
· Creatively co-shaping the games you work on by contributing your own ideas
Requirements
· Passion for The West
· Completed training (e.g. as IT Specialist), or a university degree (e.g. in informatics), or comparable experience
· Very good knowledge of object-oriented programming in PHP
· Good knowledge of databases and SQL, ideally PostgreSQL
· Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and Jquery
· Fluency in English
· Interested in current web technologies
· Solution-oriented, fast way of working, as well as the ability to work under pressure
· A high degree of individual initiative and a high willingness to learn
· Good communication skills, and the ability to work in a team
